How to choose: texture

• Foaming cleansers: a rich lather that leaves skin feeling fresh. They suit oily and combination skin, for example The Face Shop Rice Water Foaming Cleanser and CeraVe Foaming Cleanser.

How to use

1. Wet your face with lukewarm water.
2. Lather a pea-sized amount between your palms.
3. Massage gently for 30 to 60 seconds, avoiding the eye area.
4. Rinse well and pat dry with a clean towel.
5. Follow with toner, serum, moisturiser and, in the morning, sunscreen.

Wash twice a day: morning and night. Over-washing can leave skin dry and make it feel oilier.

Double cleansing
